About the Event
Arrival - Ippin Shizuku Shibori Junmai Daiginjo, Ibaraki Prefecture
Course 1 - moto-i Tokubetsu Junmai Nama, Minneapolis USA w/ chilled Japanese mushroom consommé, tofu & cured chicken ginger miso
Course 2 - Zenkuro Junmai Ginjo, Queenstown NZ w/ Cloudy Bay Clams passionfruit & mango clam ceviche, myoga, oba, yuzu
Course 3 - Gokeiji Omachi Junmai Ginjo, Ibaraki Prefecture w/ juniper marinated salmon, aonori, cream cheese & ikura
Course 4 - Fudou 2001 Honjozo, Chiba Prefecture w/ slow roasted fillet of beef 'kombujime', leeks, saladana pureé, renkon potato
Cheese - Selection of 3 Kokki Shuzo, Shimane Prefecture w/ cheeses & accompaniments
